The 2023 Fall Sports season at Spring Valley High School has begun!

Student-athletes must upload a physical that is dated after April 1, 2023, into PlanetHS in order to participate in ANY athletic team activity/tryout.  Click here for instructions on how to do that.

Middle school students must have this middle school form completed.

Cheerleading
-Tryouts were held this past Spring for cheerleading. For more information about our program please contact Coach Cori Zimmerman, czimmerman@richland2.org.

Cross Country (Boys)
-Mandatory practices will start on Monday, July 31 at 7:30 am at Sesqui State Park and will continue on Tuesday at 4:30pm.  If you have any questions contact Coach Oberly, moberly@richland2.org

Cross Country (Girls)
Practice- Week of July 31st, Monday through Friday, 7am-8:30 am at Sesquicentennial Park
Practice- Week of August 7th and beyond, 4:30 pm- 6:15pmat at Sesquicentennial Park
