Spring Valley Cheer invites you to come out and support your Viking Cheerleaders at our Viking Invitational tomorrow night HERE in the main gym! Girls Swim 2024 Region Champions & Boys Finish 2nd

Congratulations to our varsity girls swim team for winning 2024 Region 5-5A Championship!  Congratulatiosn should also be extended to our boys team for finishing 2nd in the region meet.  The Spring Valley boys and girls swim team combined earned the most points in the region! Eubanks Named Viking Head Baseball Coach

Coach Will Eubanks has been named as the head baseball coach of the Spring Valley High School baseball program.Coach Eubanks is a Chapin High School graduate who was a member of the 2018 SCHSL State Championship baseball team.  Coach then graduated from Newberry College with a degree in Physical Education. While at Newberry College, he was a part of the 2021 SAC Championship team. Coach Eubanks has been coaching for five years at the high school level (3 years as an assistant at Newberry High and, since then, two years as an assistant at Blythewood High School). Coach WIll Eubanks said, “I am excited to be a part of the Vikings family and to be your head baseball coach. Go Vikings.”There will be a short introductory meeting after school on Friday (August 30) at 4 pm in the auxiliary gym for all returning players.

Crumpton Named a Richland County Player of the Year Nominee

BOYS VARSITY FOOTBALL · OCT 17  Spring Valley senior football player Devan Crumpton has been named a Richland County High School Player of the Year Nominee for 2023. The award winner will be announced at a banquet on Wednesday, December 6 at Seawell’s Banquet Center.

Vikings Swimming at State Championships

Spring Valley Cheer Interest Meeting

Tryouts are coming! Spring Valley cheer will hold an interest meeting for all rising 7th-12th graders on March 17, 2022 at 6:30pm in the Commons at Spring Valley High School! We will discuss the tryout process and requirements, team expectations and commitments, and program expenses and tentative schedule. We look forward to seeing you there!
