Headlines.
Tryouts will be on January 31st and February 1st (February 2nd as needed) at the high school baseball field. Prospective players new to the program will tryout from 5:45-7:45. Athletes should arrive at 5:45, tryouts will start promptly at 6:00.
Students who plan to tryout must have all forms completed before trying out, including an updated physical form on file with the school through a Planet High School account. Middle school students will need to complete the Middle School Eligibility. This form has to be signed by your middle school AD.

1. Sports Health and Participation Form
2. SCHSL Physical Form (If SA played a fall/winter sport, you can get physical form from your middle school coach/AD)
3. Copy of Birth Certificate
4. Middle School Eligibility Form
5. COVID Release
